Somehow the producers have connected the dots between the fifty or so years between Douglas Fairbanks of the 1920’s, his film the Silent 1924, the Thief of Bagdad and Jeff Lynne’s ELO
The music weaves between being the narrator, to being the voice of the silent actors, to being the musical backdrop to the whole adventure. It imperceptibly & magically glides from one song to another, effortlessly. The music acts like a ballet hitting the beats, as if ELO wrote it for the film. You will be awed. The greatest soundtrack ever.
